Room Rental Agreement

Deposit By Checking this box you understand there is a deposit of $50. This must be placed in order to book the room, this WILL go towards the minimum. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE. You will be contacted within 24-48 business hours for payment. Room Minimum: The minimum entails the total amount of food and beverages for the party. If you do not reach the minimum no worries, the remaining balance will be placed on a gift card. $500 (Monday-Friday) $500 (Saturday 3pm-8pm) Gratuity 20% will be added for the party total Room Limit 2 hour limit If your party exceeds the limit, an additional charge of $100 will be added per half hour.
